The assistant works inside the clinic account, bound by the same roles and permissions as the people using it, and each clinic's data stays isolated. Its usage is metered in credits you can see in the chat header.
Ask for a walkthroughThe assistant does not need to know who the patient is in order to help you, so it is never told. Identifiers are stopped before anything leaves the clinic, the model runs in memory inside the EU, and nothing of the request is kept.
A patient is chosen by searching inside the app; their details are never sent to the AI. If a message carries an AMKA, a tax or ID number, an IBAN, an email address, a phone number — or the name of another patient of the clinic — it is stopped before it is sent: nothing is transmitted, nothing is stored, nothing is charged. The name of the patient the conversation is about is replaced before the request leaves.
Each request is processed in memory for the seconds it takes to answer, under terms of zero retention and no training on your data: once the answer is returned, nothing of the request remains on the provider's side. The conversation itself is stored in our own database in the EU and erased by a scheduled job after 15 days.
Inference runs on Scaleway in Paris; the application, the database and the encrypted files run on Hetzner in Germany. No AI processor outside the EU is enabled for this service, so no patient data is transferred to a third country (GDPR Art. 44).
